Hello, I have some trouble with one slave server after migrated my master server to a new dedicated ... All my others slaves are ok, my licence is correctly updated, but I still stuck on this "HTTP status 401: Unauthorized" error when checking the status on the servers page. I tried to reinstall with a fresh installation the slave server, but still with the same error. I checked my monitor/TCAdminMonitor.exe.log and it say => System.Net.WebException: Error: ConnectFailure (Connection refused) ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Connection refused at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect (System.Net.EndPoint remoteEP) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Net.WebConnection.Connect (System.Net.HttpWebRequest request) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetRequestStream (IAsyncResult asyncResult) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke (System.String method_name, System.Object[] parameters) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReceiveResponse (System.Net.WebResponse response, System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapClientMessage message, System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapExtension[] extensions) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke (System.String method_name, System.Object[] parameters) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at (wrapper remoting-invoke-with-check) System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol:Invoke (string, object[]) at TCAdmin.SDK.Web.References.FileSystem.FileSystem.DirectoryExists (System.String directory) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at (wrapper remoting-invoke-with-check) TCAdmin.SDK.Web.References.FileSystem.FileSystem:DirectoryExists (string) at TCAdmin.SDK.Objects.Service.Configure (System.String owner, System.String friendlyName, System.String description, Boolean interactWithDesktop, Boolean startOnCPU0, Int32 stopDelay, System.String ip, System.Collections.Generic.List`1 ports, Boolean managedInput, Boolean managedOutput, System.String stopCommands, Int32 stopCommandsWait, TCAdmin.SDK.Objects.ServiceManagerScript[] scripts, TCAdmin.SDK.Database.XmlField additionalValues) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at TCAdmin.GameHosting.SDK.Objects.Service.Configure () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 at TCAdmin.GameHosting.Monitor.Service._? So I'm not sure to understand what I can do to fix now :/ I must do something with my master's certificate or change a security setting in my slave server ? Thanks

I've downloaded and setup the FiveM files following the guide for Linux (https://wiki.fivem.net/wiki/Running_FXServer). When I go to create a server, it shows that it's copying files and then gives the following error: Error - Could not find file "/home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/fivem-linux/alpine/bin/ash"

Hi, I uploaded a custom certificate using the steps below and after restarting the monitor I can no longer access the configuration manager or tcadmin on port 8880/8881 - I simply get 'this webpage is not available ERR_CONNECTION_RESET'. Anyone ran into this? Use custom SSL certificate (Windows) Install the certificate in Windows. http://www.databasemart.com/howto/SQLoverssl/How_To_Import_Personal_Certificate_With_MMC.aspx Go to Start > Programs > TCAdmin 2 > Configuration Utility. Click on next until you get to the IP and port settings. Check the option to use a custom certificate and select it from the list. Click on next until the monitor is restarted.

Hello everyone! When I create a server through whmcs everything works great. (Then why am I here?) The server is created in tcadmin 2 with a pid ##### but after a few seconds or minutes, the pid is 0 and no one can connect to that server. If you try to ping the server ip, it is at a 100% packet loss but I have ran servers without tcadmin and they worked fine. I do get an error in the monitor console (debug) that says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it ip: port." The firewall is disabled and so is the antivirus. Do you know what might be causing this problem? Thanks everyone and happy new year!

Hi All, I just bought a TCAdmin 2 License for my Centos 5.6 server. I'm having some issues setting up Minecraft to run. When I try to make the server, it gives me an error. When I try to edit the config settings of Minecraft in the General Settings, I get the following error which is not allowing me to save the changes: Unknown column 'supports_ipv6' in 'field list' I'm slightly confused with why I'm receiving this error. Thanks!
