A few aliases to shorten some commands when working with TCAdmin. Creating system aliases for the most used routines saves time. Edit your /root/.bash_aliases file and place the following in that file. root@server ~ # nano /root/.bash_aliases #-- Bash Alias File - March 10, 2018 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # # #-- One Liner Aliases alias tailser='cd /home/tcadmin/Logs/ServiceManager/; tail -f console.log' alias tailmon='cd /home/tcadmin/Logs/Monitor/; tail -f console.log' alias nanotcamon='cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor/; nano TCAdminMonitor.exe.config' # # #-- Function Aliases function tcadebugon() { clear; cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor; ./monitor-service stop; sleep 1; sed -i 's/<add key=\"TCAdmin.Debug\" value=\"False\" \/>/<add key=\"TCAdmin.Debug\" value=\"True\" \/>/g' TCAdminMonitor.exe.config; /bin/chmod 0700 /home/tcadmin; /bin/chown -R tcadmin: /home/tcadmin; sleep 1; ./monitor-service start; } function tcadebugoff() { clear; cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor; ./monitor-service stop; sleep 1; killall mono; sed -i 's/<add key=\"TCAdmin.Debug\" value=\"True\" \/>/<add key=\"TCAdmin.Debug\" value=\"False\" \/>/g' TCAdminMonitor.exe.config; /bin/chmod 0700 /home/tcadmin; /bin/chown -R tcadmin: /home/tcadmin; sleep 1; ./monitor-service start; } then do ... root@server ~ # chmod 0644 /root/.bash_aliases root@server ~ # source ~/.bashrc Now call for one of the aliases in shell by typing its name and hitting the enter key: root@server ~ # tailser root@server ~ # tailmon root@server ~ # nanotcamon root@server ~ # tcadebugon root@server ~ # tcadebugoff If you have a great alias that can help others, post them below and we'll add them to this post!

Hello there everyone. I was wondering if anyone was able to get a Forged With Fire server working. I have gotten the server to show it's running with slots but can't find it in the in-game Server list. So I'm not sure if it's the files, or if I am missing something here. Any ideas?

Hello, I would like to know how to install PHPMyAdmin without interfering with the tcadmin 2.0 panel. According to support, I was told that I have to install phpmyadmin and change port 80 to not interfere, the issue is not so. I have Ubuntu 14.04 x64. He planned to execute these commands apt-get install phpmyadmin mv / usr / share / phpmyadmin / var / www / (in our case) chown -R www-data / var / www / phpmyadm nano /etc/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php I do not understand then have to modify the HTTP port of APACHE? Or is a separate port for phpmyadmin? I do not know what to do.. I want to go to http: // public_my_ip / enter the control panel and if I'm an example: http: // public_my_ip / phpmyadmin <- leads me to phpmyadmin or something like http: // public_my_ip: port <- and take me phpmyadmin thank you very much

Hello everyone! When I create a server through whmcs everything works great. (Then why am I here?) The server is created in tcadmin 2 with a pid ##### but after a few seconds or minutes, the pid is 0 and no one can connect to that server. If you try to ping the server ip, it is at a 100% packet loss but I have ran servers without tcadmin and they worked fine. I do get an error in the monitor console (debug) that says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it ip: port." The firewall is disabled and so is the antivirus. Do you know what might be causing this problem? Thanks everyone and happy new year!

Hello everyone, I was wondering how most of you configure Fast Download? What is the way to go? just having the files locally, on the same dedicated server as the gameservers? Or should I get a server only for fast download?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had or knows how to make a script in TCAdmin that created a MySQL username and password/database so the client can run their gamemodes like HL2RP for Garry's Mod. I was also looking into scripts that would allow clients to automatically install SVN links onto their servers. Any help would be appreciated. I can pay for a coder if necessary. We migrated from a 2003 server to a 2008 server r2 and now when a game is started it doesn't show on the server desktop even with the interact with desktop option checked. Has anybody else had this issue? I did some google searches but didn't find anything related to the problem I have right now.

Hi all I have recently installed tcadmin on my Centos 6.4 server where the installation went fine. The only problem is, when connecting to IP:8880 it wont show anything. I have opened the port in iptables but that won't open it, it keeps closed. Apache is running well, so :80 works. Anyone got an idea or troubleshooting tips for me? Nmap displays the following ports: -- EDIT: I have opened port 80 before this, that worked fine.

Hi All, I just bought a TCAdmin 2 License for my Centos 5.6 server. I'm having some issues setting up Minecraft to run. When I try to make the server, it gives me an error. When I try to edit the config settings of Minecraft in the General Settings, I get the following error which is not allowing me to save the changes: Unknown column 'supports_ipv6' in 'field list' I'm slightly confused with why I'm receiving this error. Thanks!
