Can't submit tickets anymore

Hi,

 

as soon as i hit the "submit" button it'll load for decades.

No one else has reported this issue to us, and we are still receiving tickets.

 

Maybe try a different browser?

 

If all else fails you can submit a help request via the sales department here: https://clients.tcadmin.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=3

 

make sure to put your client ID somewhere in the message so we assign it to the correct account.

Hi,

 

after a long loading it eventually posted, but all fields like (tcadmin version, mono version etc) went empty, after that posting another ticket worked.

Server may have been busy. Glad you got your ticket in.
