I do not know what its going on I know alot about running a game server but this is new to me.

You might submit a support request. This section of the forums is for pre sales questions so I'm not sure what kind of response you will get.

It means the IP you specified is not bound on that box in the windows network settings.

 

Goto System Settings>Server and from the pull down list next to that server select Import IPs. Delete anything that you have manually entered, and the click import and TCAdmin will find all IPs bound to that machine.

 

Sounds to me like the IP has been bound to the NIC card yet.
