Is there anyway to start up the server without the game disk? Like with a steam game where all you need is the free HLDS Update Tool?

But how would I get TCA to work with RC is my question.

Is there anyway I could get Republic Commando to work with my dedicated server box through TCAdminControlPanel so I could give other users the ability to configure and provide maintenance on the server without giving them full box access? Thank You!
