There is no hlds.exe in the DOD3.1 directory I downloaded. The only executable file in there is dodutil.exe.

Does anyone have a config file for it at all by any chance (for TCAdmin).

Hey, I was wondering how it would be possible to install this add-on. apparently it works in the same was as Zombie Panic etc, but I haven't seen any installation guides for TCAdmin around on Google or anything.
