    I took that info right from the STEAM website. It worked for me. Maybe both work.

    Server admins may download the dedicated server files via the HLDSUpdateTool using "-game cssbeta" in the command line.

    I just created a MOD package for it along with a new command line. This way your customers can switch the CSPromod on/off.
