I would say as long as it takes to create a working game.

Jason...I agree with you 100%....why do these project managers take such an awesome engine that can do so much and just dump it on the game aspect....take another few months, year, whatever it takes to COMPLETE the game prior to launch.

Well there has to be a query port because you can query it on the AA site....however perhaps they havent released the protocol information yet.

They sure changed a bunch didnt they... Server runs fine on main box I "installed" from but after installing to remotes from master ftp i get an error message stating configuration is not correct... Ideas?

Good ol' "Steam servers are to busy to handle your request" Much fun....im sure with over 8 million people downloading it will take days for everyone to get a copy loaded.

Kinda intresting that they are releasing it on Steam....will be interesting to see how the client/server is updated now since its on steam.

AA3 has not been released as well.
