It seems to have stopped for us, what ever the cause was we haven't seen it for almost 24 hours now, the account is back to normal.

We are also having the same issue, steam guard randomly keeps coming back online without us enabling it. Its a real problem as we are not always around to re-disable the feature. This has been happening since the 16th April and hasnt stopped, either steam has changes the settings, someone is trying to hack/login to the account and tripping it or there is a game using steamworks forcing steamguard which we have had happen once before.

+1 This would really help. Disable means that a user cant access any of there servers, a feature to put a single server in to maintenance would let the user and other staff know that a server was being worked on. -
