Hello, I have a problem where the server gets a query failure after x amount of attempts and then restarts the server, it's a garry's mod server. The server itself works just fine, I can connect and play on it but for some reason ends up with a query failure after a certain time. Serverbox provider is OVH and it's using a game anti-ddos protection if that could have anything to do with it. Not sure exactly what is going on. Could really use some help here.

Hi there, I've tried and tried to get my panel to work with IIS and I finally got it to actually work and not spit out some weird ASP net 500.22 error code, but now my panel is no longer working persay? Everything it loads, it just repeats the website it.... Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Where can I manipulate the "RadWindowWrapper_confirm" or any of the popup windows as the z-index is set to 3001 but it needs to be higher as it's under all of the elements of my custom themes. Much appreciated for all info I can get.

Oh the panel itself it works just fine, and I've followed the wiki from scratch, the installation guides and everything. But somehow randomly it decided to for example like today end up on an infinite loop to configure the panel. till now it's been working just fine for the past month, but somehow for the past 6 hours it decided to do this to me, yesterday the network went down for a few hours on the datacenter and after that, it decided to do this, no clue why. But once it's been installed it runs perfectly for some time and then eventually it's back to the problems again. Last time I couldn't update the panel as it gave me an ajax problem, anything related on the page that had ajax scripts timed out or gave an invalid response, however, I fixed that as it was a Cloudflare so that's not really a blame on TCAdmin itself. Don't get me wrong, I love TCAdmin by for the best panel I've ever had, completely worth every dollar UPDATE Managed to login if I didn't login on URL: http://127.0.0.1:8880 but logged in on http://domainname.com, no clue why, last time I couldn't update it or install it on domainname.com but I could on the local IP, my life...

Hello, first of I'm so frustrated about this shit, this is the 5th time I'm reinstalling because the panel keeps fucking up for me. Earlier today I tried to update my game server, oh no, it ended with me only being able to configure the panel. I ended up in an endless loop of configuring the panel. So, I decided to reinstall the panel again for the 5th freaking time, now whenever I try and login with the default login details it ends with me being redirected to the default login page again, if I enter my old details it tells me I have the wrong login details so I know for a fact that it's working and logging me in. Anyone please, help me because I'm this close to ending the subscription on this panel, By far the best panel I've had but the amount of issues on a monthly basis is unreal.

Hello, I have some questions related to maps for the game servers if I'm uploading a custom map to my server just like it should be it doesn't appear in the drop-down menu on the server where I can select the maps. The question is, why, what and how can I fix it?

There is no game folder bro, I've told u so many times. It doesn't download. Anyhow I figured it out. For somehow the game config is incorrect and linked to an appid 4020 which returns to nothing. After changing the game config manually to 4000 it looks like it's actually downloading it now. My smart ass didn't even consider to look at the SteamCMD logs before jumping on here. Seriously though, thanks alot for all your help! EDIT: actually that didn't work either, it claims I had a none subscription to the game which I do, however, after looking a bit more it turns out u MUST login via anonymous to install the dedicated server for some reason. So I forced that upon the game config itself.

Thanks didn't even know about that, sadly that didn't help either. Did the exact same thing, 5 seconds later "Finished" it's like it doesn't even try

My question is, how do I do that since that's what I'm doing as far as I know... As far as I know it should be done through TCAdmin itself when u install the service... It's not meant for me to download them on my PC myself, install the service which then fails because it can't figure out how to download the files in which there is no point for me to begin with downloading the files manually as it doesn't matter for me to upload them or not. Here I made a quick video to show u what the problem is: Also to update you, it seems to only be the Garry's Mod install, just tested out an ArmA 3 install and that worked just fine.

No that's what I'm trying to do, whenever I try and create service AKA a game server it begins the download for a couple of seconds and then it jumps over and tries to start it up. Like if the download was complete. Nothing installed, no files, nothing what so ever on the hard drive. I had this problem before as well, all though I've only installed one server via TCAdmin so far during the Demo. Tries to create the server Begins the download 5 seconds later finished according to the download & tries to start it.

Hello, I recently installed an Ark server with the same problem as I have right now, no clue how I fixed it however it looks like it was only a temporary solution as the problem is back again... Here is the log, I've verified both SteamCMD's from the Montior/Tools folder as well as the user/steamcmd folder, both logins perfectly without a problem.
