how do i run exe after mod install along with game server?

Ok, have managed to get a install and setup process going for servermessage mod, question is, how do i get the exe to run after the game server starts so it can start sending global messages through the rcon?

Trying to add BEC to the installable mods section in Dayzsa and as i am new to tcadmin, i have no idea how to set this up to give server messages. Can anyone help?
