got it working had to reinstall tcadmin but its now working thanks anyway

hey everyone a friend of mine has a server on ovhcloud and is wanting to setup tcadmin to use it for some game servers, he has asked me to help him as i know my way around linux pretty well, i have everything needed to install tcadmin and have installed tcadmin and it seems to be running however whenever i try to connect to the web portion to do the first setup to add the license number etc i get a connection refused message, only thing i can think of is a port issue but the firewall is off and i have tried to forward the ports but no go is there something else i am missing or something else i can try? any help or advice would be awesome
