I know I am likely the 1 millionth person but I need a little direction. SQL server shows active connections but I get the following error. Fresh install of TCAdmin, and fresh install of MySQL. Any ideas?

I am having issues with this portion of the setup. If I fill out the form, include current code it makes no progress and my steam guard notification provides a code. If I hit "Request Code" it spins forever, steam guard sends a code, and I can never input that code. What would be a solution for this? I wish to keep steam guard but the game requires a login to setup.
