We are seeking a motivated and experienced Game Hosting Manager to oversee our game hosting services and provide top-notch support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for gaming.
Client Support:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing technical issues, and answering queries related to game hosting.
Monitor client tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Assist clients with server setup, configuration, and optimization.
Server Management:
Manage and maintain game servers to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Monitor server health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
Perform regular updates and maintenance on game server software such as TC admin or WISP.
