Hi, since migrating servers, we've encountered issues downloading large Arma 3 mods. The downloads consistently time out and fail after 5 minutes, likely due to a SteamCMD timeout limitation. However, this wasn't an issue before. Further investigation suggests that SteamCMD's download speed is being throttled, which seems to be causing the problem.
