Gametracker Banners

Good morning fellow TCadmin guru's,

 

Has anyone ran into the problem related to the gametracker banners only submitting on your internal IP only?

 

Whenever I click submit to GameTracker.com, it says "Private IP"

 

I've got quite a few servers, and it happens on 3 of mine, and my other ones are fine. Server setup is identical across all my servers, minus IP configurations.

 

Looking for some guidance / instruction.

What are the servers is it doing it on?

We've got servers in VA, IL and TX. All three are showing internal IP's.

What game servers? If it's possible, try parsing the IP through the command line.

I noticed it with Arma 3, but after further investigation, it's on all of our games that are hosted on those servers.

 

I'm hosting 20 different games from 7days2die to TF2.

 

Im not understanding it. I've tried parsing the IP via the command line on Arma, and it still pulls internal IP.

Quick bump, We're still having this issue. I've tried literally everything i can think of.

 

Just hope it's not something small.
