Rust Oxide .bat Problem

So I'm a new user of TCAdmin 2 (At least, setting my own up and on a dedicated box) and while I've set it to launch my .bat file for Rust under the server executable (Modded server with Oxide) it will launch but it will crash before it gets done setting up. I have verified that it launches fine and the server will run fine if I launch the .bat file directly but I'd obviously like to manage it through TCAdmin.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
