ARK Not Launching "Please Help"

I can load the server just fine through bat file but through tcadmin it launches the server and it stays completely blank under interactive desktop view. no change until server restarts and i believe its port issue for query also can host it on ASM " Ark Server Manager" no issue.

did you match your batch file within commandline manager?

Well, you need to specify a map name. That would probably solve everything.
