SteamCMD Incomplete files.

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to download the server content using the download_halflife.bat file that is included for TCADMIN v2 and when I check out each mod folder it's only downloading partial files, I'm trying to figure out why its doing that. I know I could download them myself manually using steamCMD but I'm curious to why the stock batch files aren't fully downloading everything.
