[Mysql] Change password

Hi,

 

I have delete default user in my database and i want to create a new user with new password for tcadmin database. I have see this file : ConfigUtility.config

 

In this file i see this line :

<add key="TCAdmin.ConfigUtility.Database.User" value="USER***" type="System.String,mscorlib" />

<add key="TCAdmin.ConfigUtility.Database.Password" value="**********" type="System.String,mscorlib" />

 

But the password is encrypted but i d'ont know how it's the encryption.
