Issues with servers not running

I have set up games like CS:GO and Ark. I have 2 servers running. My TCAdmin say they are running. But when I try to connect to the server. They are either gone or closes down in steam browser after 5 min of running. Once I update or install a new server. They are up for another 5 to 10 min. Any knowledge of how to fix that?

That sounds like a query issue. Have you setup the query protocol correctly?
