Theme for TCAdmin 2

I was browsing around the internet and came across this free software panel

Basically all the grapics already done. just the connections and finetuning. Its based of bootstrap . Its called AdminLTE and looks like it can be perfectly used for tcadmin

maybe there is someone that can release this in someway (since i have no idea how to do this)

or maybe this is a new default theme for TCAdmin?
