Design?

So I run a company that use TCAdmin 2.0 and I was wondering if it is even possible to have a custom design for the front end panel. Aka change what the panel looks like so it doesn't look like old software in a sense. Like changing the layout of things in general, not just colours.

I was about to suggest reading the announcements but even without the update coming you can still make the software look good with CSS.
