CS:GO server (app 740) update issues

CS:GO server (app 740) update issues, logging in as anonymous. Update fails, server complaining to be out of date after update. Also happens after verify.

 

Anyone else having problems right now? Currently investigating issues on our own platform, but would be nice to know if anyone else is experiencing the same:

Update: seems to affect all games that rely on SteamCMD.
