MVC WHMCS Module Issue

Im having an issue integrating latest whmcs release and php 7.3.9 with Tcadmin2 advanced mvc whmcs server module with the following error:

 

"Error: Curl error: Could not resolve host: http; Unknown error Url: HTTP://http:///Aspx/billingapi.aspx"

 

what i see in the previous error that its not even pointing to the server url or ip, even though i configured the module correctly and it was working before i use the mvc and https. Any idea ? Thx

I made a slight progress but the problem is not been resolved yet as now i modified the script to point correctly to destination but as a response back im getting the following error:

 

"Module Create Failed - Service ID: 15 - Error: System.Exception: ACCESS DENIED. IP: x.x.x.x Included Account Info: False at Web.GameHosting.billingapi.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)"
