ARK Server Issue

Good Afternoon,

 

For the life of me I have no idea what has changed.

 

I host 4 ARK servers that are clustered and have all been working flawlessly. Now one of them has decided to no longer POST or show up in game using TCADMIN. I can use the exact command line used for the server in a batch file run from the directory but using tcadmin start and stop will not allow the server to show up.

 

I have been pulling my hair out. Any ideas???
