scheduled restart task some servers come back with a status of "Error"

When several servers are restarted with scheduled restart task that occurs at the same time, some come back with a status of "Error" and do not start back up.  These are ARK: Survival Evolved Servers.  This behavior started with this last update.  Any suggestions?
