Timerzone problem

Hey so i changed my timezone on the profile control panel to (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam and i didt change from 12 hr clock to 24. When i change the language to swedish it change to the 24 hr clock but if i switch back to the english version its going back to 12 hr clock timezone instead.

This is expected behavior. The time and date format is not controlled by a setting in your profile, but is instead controlled by the language.
