404 on Log Streamer, file downloads, and Steam Updates

Hello,

I have opened a ticket about this but thought I would ask here just in case anyone has ran into this. I am getting 404 error when doing things like streaming log files, trying to download files, or even clicking steam update on game server. The error is below. Thank you for any help you can provide. 

OS: Centos 8 x64
TCAdmin: 2.0.157.0
Mono: 6.12.0.90
DotNet: 4.0.30319.42000
