Hello, I'm getting this error on my WHMCS when the user account is going to be created, see on the print:

Any solution for it? My TCAdmin server configuration on WHMCS:

Does your webserver allow outgoing TCP connections on port 8880 to the TCAdmin server? A lot of shared hosts will have that port blocked by default.
