REQ en-AU or en-UK lang file with DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY/MM/DD date format

Hi folks,

Since it's the language file that controls the date format, it would be helpful if we could get alternative English language files that offer date formats in common usage outside the US. I'd be happy to roll my own but I've been unable to find a copy of the default file.  Would someone point me in the right direction?
