SteamGuard - Issues logging in

I am having issues with this portion of the setup.  If I fill out the form, include current code it makes no progress and my steam guard notification provides a code.  If I hit "Request Code" it spins forever, steam guard sends a code, and I can never input that code.

 

What would be a solution for this?  I wish to keep steam guard but the game requires a login to setup.

I've reproduced this issue and notified the developer. I'll keep you updated.

One question: Are you using the mobile authenticator or email?
If you're using mobile authenticator, you should open the Steam app and use the code shown to you.

I've had this issue too, I've also tried entering the code presented by the App and SteamCMD fails to authenticate none the less.
