csgo wont launch windows server 2022

hey,

 

I can launch a csgo server i have tried launching it manually outside of tcadmin with the following command line

-game csgo -console -condebug -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 -maxplayers_override 20 +exec server.cfg +mapgroup mg_active +map de_dust2 -ip 148.251.246.135 -port 27030 -tickrate 128 +sv_setsteamaccount "***********************" +tv_advertise_watchable 0 +tv_port 27038

i dont even see the console open and im not getting a log file or a console file to even indicate why it wont run.

 

anyone have any tips or suggestions on what i can do to try and find the error.
