Problem server not update

Hi

After installing the panel and downloading the game from the server it normally downloads the files from steam, when I restart the dedicated and try to install another server and reinstall the files do not download.

It doesn't seem like the game files where downloaded. Did you download them using System > Settings > Game Tools > Steam Game Downloader?

Try downloading manually with SteamCMD to see if that works.
