We've made a automatic installer script for Linux. See more information here: https://help.tcadmin.com/Installation#Automated_TCAdmin_installer_for_Linux

It's still very new, so if you have any issues, please let me know.

The Minecraft config that ships with TCAdmin has a ton of features - it ships with Java 8, 11, 16 and 17 and TCAdmin will automatically try to start the server using the correct version of Java depending on what version of Minecraft you're using. You basically just install TCAdmin and you're good to go.

You're not using the automated installer, and you're not executing the commands as root.

$ sudo -i
# cd /home && curl -o tcadmin-installer.sh https://downloads.tcadmin.net/installer/tcadmin-installer.sh && sh tcadmin-installer.sh -i

That is all you need to do.

ofcause it cant be easy ^^ย

i have now installed tc admin and its running however a fresh install of a craftbukkit server makes a server with a startup error. unfortunetly i did not see a spigot version. thats whan i really need. do you by any chance have a spigot config that actually works? ๐Ÿ™‚

Edit:

i instlled the minecraft config and installed spigot using the mod manager. however it throws me thisย

TCAdmin.SDK.Remote.RemoteException: Could not find file "/home/tcagame_svc3/admin/3/spigot.jar" ---> System.Exception: Could not find file "/home/tcagame_svc3/admin/3/spigot.jar" --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at TCAdmin.Monitor.Standard.WebServices.ServiceManager.Start (System.Int32 serviceId, System.String description, System.String userName, System.String clientIP) [0x000a9] in <0be831333df548ba1bc5a13fa7cf3aa1>:0 at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.InternalInvoke(System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo,object,object[],System.Exception&) at System.Reflection.RuntimeMethodInfo.Invoke (System.Object obj, System.Reflection.BindingFlags invokeAttr, System.Reflection.Binder binder, System.Object[] parameters, System.Globalization.CultureInfo culture) [0x0006a] in <de882a77e7c14f8ba5d298093dde82b2>:0

ย

Edit2: the automatic installer dont work out of the box for me but no worries. i just installed it and then fetched the spigot version and uploaded it my self. everything seems to work now
