Using the Steam Workshop (Conan Exiles)

I have a few issues with using the Steam Workshop function with Conan Exiles:

1) I'd prefer to set the modlist and load order manually, while still being able to handle mod updates through the Workshop function.  Is this possible?

2) The workshop cannot find a certain mod (1417350098), possibly because it's classed as 18+ and Steam won't show it without logging in. 

3) I'm unable to set the mod load order.

1) You can modify/manage the modlist via the modlist.txt that's found in ConanSandbox/Mods.
2) Searching for it via Steam ID (1417350098) allowed me to find it without issue
