Modded Minecraft Server - Need Help Setting Up Forge for Pixelmon

Hey everyone,

I'm currently in the process of setting up a Minecraft server for me and my friends, aiming to create a Pixelmon server specifically. However, I've hit a bit of a snag. Whenever I try to create the server, it defaults to a Vanilla Minecraft 1.16 setup.

I've been scouring the internet for a straightforward guide on how to change this to a Forge server, particularly for Minecraft version 1.12.2, which is the version I need for the mods I plan to use. Despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to find a guide that simplifies this process.

I'm pretty new to server setup and modding, so any advice that breaks down the steps into something more digestible would be greatly appreciated. I'm excited to get this Pixelmon server up and running for our group, and any help to push me in the right direction would be a huge help.
