clayh456 Posted December 11, 2006 Share Posted December 11, 2006 Well after reading the forums for a while before purchasing I thought I was in for a 3 or 4 day nightmare getting TCAdmin and ModernBill working. Well I was wrong. The first set up on both my master and remote went smoothly. Well then one of my admins said we need to do an OS reload to partition some drives (Not related to TCAdmin). We do an OS Reload and go to install TCAdmin again, and our license wouldn't work. Well after submitting a ticket and getting a very fast response everything was working great again. Game Installs went flawlessly (easier than I thought). ModernBill installation / integration went pretty smoothly with only one problem, and again the support was fast and solved the problem. And now we're down to the fun part of getting the rest of the games installed, and tweaking the settings to our liking (Hopefully we won't mess anything up, hehe).
