Ark Server not showing in the server list

I can connect to the server and my friends can but it won't show in the server list of ARK the ports is open I have installed the certificate it shows in battlemetrics and change the server restart repair wipe full nothing works. Any ideas ?

I removed uninstall install fully format the server change the OS from windows server 2025 to 2022

Waitied for like 6 hours it won't show up and asked many friends to check it won't show up

changed the name to smaller, longer, with password without password, with battleeye without battleeye nothing works
