Steamcmd downloading issues - this might solve it when steamcmd does not properly load files

Goto TCAdmin system>settings>global config scripts and create a new item.

OS System: Windows

Script: Batch file/sheel script

Event: Before steam update

check stop service before executing

Name: remove manifest file

Description: remove manifest file

then add this to the main area:

@echo off
  
cd /d "%thisservice_rootdirectory%steamapps"
del appmanifest*.*

 

save then click on Games button (on same page) and either select all or the ones you want to apply to.

save again

 

This will now auto delete file when a game goes to update. Found it works well on problematic ones I had.

at this stage only works (above) if tcadfiles/users is in c drive. Will try and adjust to find where steamapps for game is if on other drives. You can also take above and manual for each game create the script.
