Steam master list

Ok i know the steam browser sucks ..However no matter what i do i cannot get my server/servers to come up in the browser.I have searched steam forums ,here.I have checked out everything that i have found and i dont see a reason as to why it shouldn't be showing.I see other gsp's servers in the browser.Could someone shed alittile light.

 

things i have checked,sv_lan 0 ,sv_region 0 ,ports 27015,ip in command line.I am getting ready to delete my masterservers.vdf and serverbrowser.vdf just to see if i can see them after that ,however noone i know can see them.

Nm ..it has to do with my steam i guess the latnecy to the server is to low lol..i have people in other parts of the US that can now.
