Display Errors in User, File Manager and others

I just found a minor error when installing a new TCA webserver. If you have Asp.net 2 installed and the default website is set to use it, when you run the TCA installer, the TCA webserver will be set up to use Asp.net 2 also instead of 1.1. This causes many formatting errors with the display of Users, File Manager and a few other areas in the panel. To fix it, go into IIS on the server and in the properties for the TCAdmin website, change Asp.net to ver 1.1 and you are all set
