COD2 "Shudders"

Hey guys,

 

I'm having some issues with two customers. They are complaining that the COD2 server 'Shudders' while playing within the game. There ping is around 30 and they state that this not occur in any other server.

I've joined myself and it seems fine to me....

Can anyone think of what can be causing this?

 

Server specs:

2x Dual-Core Xeon Procs

4GB Ram

Two 160GB 15Krpm SCSI

 

Cpu utilization is around 25%

 

I also had them test another server in another location and they said the same issues occurs there as well.

Actually, when I joined the server again I noticed that on some players when they walk its not as smooth as other servers. I think that is what they are talking about...

Its not my graphics card either. 8800gtx ...

It may be PB, have you checked the pb_sv_CvarWalk or pb_sv_CvarFreq they may be set too high
