xpservers Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 i am runnin tcadmin in console mode and when a user sends a ticket I dont receive it. On the console I do not see any logs saying its sending email. No errors also. I have email support enabled in my panel. any ideas or troubleshooting i should take ?
