Is there a status (or a way) to see servers being created?

 

Once a while I start an install and it takes longer than I want. I worry and would like to see a page with a status of "installing" or "creating" so I know its ok.

Goto System > Servers > on your remote use the dropdown and select <View console output>

 

This will show you where in the install, or if there were any errors...

 

Keep in mind, it does take a while to xfer some of the files sometimes :}
