COD4 Time Outs After 1.3

On 1.2,1.1,1.0 all my servers have run fine hwover 1.3 has been nothing but problems. BAsically after its installed nobody can connect to the server.

 

From what ive read it appears to be the master server, but this server has been stopped for 5 hours (way over the suggested time), and its not switched to the 1.3 master.

 

Any ideas?

chech the version game on server
