Installed Patch Option

When editing a supported game, I see an option called "Installed Option".

 

I just want to know if its one of two things:

1. If this means that it will automatically installed and set the current patch as this.

-or-

2. If this means that it will automatically install the version in the zip file, then upgrade using the related patch TCA.Patches folder.
