what does this error mean?

hey i have an error and cannot know at the moment what it means

 

i want to install a new gameserver cod4 but configfiles and serverfiles are new, so it is my first cod4 server i try

 

error is :

GSAutomation.Processes.CreateGameServer: Could not extract game server files from C:\Games\GameInstalls\cod4-13.zip to C:\Games\UserFiles\VnG\GameServers\TC12165572372675500753871 Error: Wrong Local header signature: 0x21726152

Being this thread was ancient, but have you tried to reupload your zipped file to the server this is installing from? Wrong header info seems to me there is a network problem between point a and point b causing it failing to extract.
