Automated Emails

Wondering if theres a way to integrate such an option into tcadmin or maybee an idea for the next update:

 

- when creating user and server add a field for contract start and end which gets emailed to the user upon server creation

 

- in the same section to add another field giving the option to email the user x days before their contract expires to remind them of renewing their services.

 

Im sure billing software such as clientexec has this but we dont it and our billing software does not have this option

TCA will most likely not do this, because they have modules in CE and MB that work 100% correctly with TCA. And modernbill and clientexec both do what you were asking.
