graphic and sound lag

hi ,I am having problems with my servers.i get a kida graphic lag ,like you get shot (in css)and sometimes you don't here it.has anyone ever had a problem like this?

dual xeon quad core

8gig ram

4x80gig sata 7200 rpm on raid 5

windows xp 64bit OS

10 day of defeat source servers =180 slots

2 counter strike source =22 slots

2 counter strike 1.6 =22slots

all servers are 66tick

iv been over server configs and there fine

Try setting the affinity for that service higher.

Do you spread the servers across the drives? Or are they all on 1, using a raid setup or something?
